Caribbean Jerk Hut


What: Smoky, spicy West Indian barbecue from chunks of jerk chicken to curried goat.

Where: Between William’s Green and the Pyramid Stage. Just follow your nose as the smoke from this grilling meat is one of the most powerfully mouth watering on the site.

How: Delicious pieces of chicken, the right degree of spicy and a good mix of crispy and moist. It’s a good thing that the “rice and peas” comes with a flavoursome sauce, though, because as you can see from the picture above its pea content is sparse even by the standards Glastonbury food stalls’ stinginess with green bits.
