Hall’s Dorset Smokery
What: Meat, and lots of it, smoked and cooked on site – bacon baps, chicken wraps and steak sarnies.
Where: On the way up to the Park Stage (although that’s not their only stall on site).
How: Perfectly serviceable steak and onions in an OK bap. “Rare” comes a fair bit better done than that, but perhaps that’s the price you pay for seeing it fried in front of you.
